- Once your profile is complete, you can register for courses and select your specialty.
- Upon successful application, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email. Additional course details will follow from the Program Manager.

- Fill in the required information and accept the terms & conditions.

- Ensure your email address is entered accurately.
- Confirm your identity via the link sent to your email.
- Use the provided username and password to log in.
- Complete your profile and save changes.
- Access the portal by selecting “Home” in the upper left-hand corner.

Course Registration & Application Instructions
- Please utilize Google Chrome to navigate the Continuum site and create an individual profile prior to applying for an educational event.
- Once your profile is created you will receive an email confirming your account registration. You can now register for courses and complete learning on the education portal.
- You may then select your specialty and complete the application. Upon successful completion of the application, you will receive an automated confirmation email to the email on file. The Program manager will send additional correspondence leading up to the course.

· Fill in the required information, including acceptance of the terms & conditions.(You may have to turn your device horizontally to widen the screen for the Terms & Conditions)
o Please ensure accuracy when entering your email address.
· You will receive a confirmation message on the screen and the platform will send you an email. (We recommend using a personal email to create your user profile)
o Press the link in the email to confirm your identity.
· Insert the username & password received in the registration email into the login form, click “Sign In”.
· Please complete your profile and save changes. This step will complete your portal account set up.
You may now access the portal by choosing “Home” in the upper left-hand corner.
