Instructions for Accessing Contact Hours

To ensure a smooth experience and receive your contact hours, please follow these steps before the day of the presentation:

• Create a Pfiedler Profile
  • Visit Pfiedler.com and set up a free profile.
  • If you already have a profile, make sure you can log in successfully. If needed, reset your password ahead of time.
  • Creating or confirming your profile before the program will save time and help avoid delays during the presentation.
• On the Day of the Presentation
  • You will receive a unique link that provides access to:
    • Supplemental course materials
    • Evaluation form
    • Certificate of completion
  • Please note: this link will be active for two weeks only after the program
