RN - Registered Nurse - HHA Educator - Bilingual Spanish

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for a bilingual Spanish, Registered Nurse, RN, HHA Educator, Home Health Aide Instructor, for our Client, a large Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) located in Brooklyn, NY. This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position.

RN - HHA Educator / Home Health Aide Instructor - Registered Nurse

The Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, the staff is ready to assist in all areas of home health care services.

Responsibilities:

RN will conduct orientation and ongoing education/ Certification for Home Health Aides hired for for the Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). Education may include the overall processes related to Care, aspects of care in the home setting, documentation and navigation of the electronic record, HHA Certification and topics commonly seen in the Home Health setting. Ability to design and implement remote training model, allowing the position to grow to hybrid role, in time.

Qualifications:

Valid NYS RN license, Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required, Masters in Education, Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of Home Health RN experience. Excellent Computer skills required. Bilingual Spanish, Preferred. Ability to commute to Brooklyn office daily and occasional travel to other offices located in Manhattan & Queens, NY.

Competitive Salary & Benefits! $110,000 - 120,000
