Our client located in New York is looking for an Registered Nurse

Position Type: Temp to Perm/ Perm

Location: New York

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00am-06:00pm - Saturday Rotation - Full-Time

Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient health, developing care plans, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and support.
  • Reports into DON

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical record.
  • Administer nursing care during preventive care services to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
  • Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide medical case management.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Participate and oversee performance and quality improvement activities.
  • Work collaboratively with LPNs Medical Assistants in support of clinical providers and patients' need

Requirements

  • Current New York State Registered Nursing License (BS preferred)
  • CPR Certification
  • Infection Control Certification
  • Bilingual Spanish Preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Covid Vaccination required
  • Some OB/ GYN outpatient experience perferred
  • Pediatric Experience Preferred
