Our client located in New York is looking for an Registered Nurse

Position Type: Temp to Perm/ Perm

Location: New York

Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00am-06:00pm - Saturday Rotation - Full-Time

Job Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient health, developing care plans, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and support.
Reports into DON

Responsibilities And Duties

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans and maintain medical record.
Administer nursing care during preventive care services to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention and provide medical case management.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
Participate and oversee performance and quality improvement activities.
Work collaboratively with LPNs Medical Assistants in support of clinical providers and patients' need

Requirements

Current New York State Registered Nursing License (BS preferred)
CPR Certification
Infection Control Certification
Bilingual Spanish Preferred
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Covid Vaccination required
Some OB/ GYN outpatient experience perferred
Pediatric Experience Preferred
