Job Title: Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) | No Weekends | Full Benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day shift.

Location: Brooklyn, Bronx, or Staten Island, NY

We're hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to serve in a float position across FQHC outpatient clinics in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten Island. You'll choose one location as your primary site and travel to others just once a week — giving you the best of both stability and flexibility.

What You Will Do

• Provide direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise LPNs and help train new staff.
• Travel to other sites weekly to support quality and compliance efforts.
• Oversee medication administration, supply management, and infection control.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve systems and outcomes.
• Ensure proper vaccine storage and handling (training provided).

What You Will Need:

• Active New York State RN license.
• At least 2 years of RN experience.
• Experience in Community Health, FQHC, Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Outpatient Clinic is preferred.
• Great communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable using EHRs and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between NYC locations weekly.
