Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 5p-1a

Pay: $54.65 - $72.42/hr based on experience

The On Call Hospice Field RN will be responsible for the following duties:

- Providing emergent and urgent nursing care to hospice patients during after-hours periods.

- Assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.

- Ability to work flexibly and handle sensitive situations with compassion with diverse populations.

- Must be willing to commute to patients homes in Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan

REQUIREMENTS:

- Current NY drivers license with reliable transportation

- Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience, including hospice, medical-surgical, or community home health

- Current NYS RN license, BSN Preferred
