As Nurse Administrator, you will manage patient care delivery across all hospital units during night shifts, serving as a clinical resource and administrator in the absence of unit leaders or when care-related issues arise.

This is a Per Diem position at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital. Position is rotating shifts, weekends and holidays. 2-4 shifts required per month . Shift times are 730am to 900pm and 730pm to 900am

Preferred Criteria

  • Demonstrated leadership skills as a charge nurse

Required Criteria

  • At least three years of acute care RN experience
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field (must obtain within 1 year of hire)
  • Active membership in professional organization
  • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • BCLS certification thru AHA

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.

NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
